Threads

Threads refer to any of the crafts or groups of crafts that constitute The Weaving Way. While the individual threads are many, the largest groups of threads make up the following groups:
- Thread A: Characteristics and Conditions
- This thread is made up of the foundational crafts that produce integrity, coherence, order, and alignment.

- Thread B: CoreTraining
- CoreTraining is a set of 12 seated and in-life meditations that produce greater self-knowledge and increased capacity for living from a Chosen I.

- Thread C: Karmic Playground
- Thread C cultivates a radically inclusive, non-judgmental, empowering, and fun attitude toward life!

- Thread D: Embodied Meditation
- This thread includes practices that increase our capacity for body awareness (interoception), fortitude, acceptance, curiosity, truthfulness, and direct knowledge of the mechanisms behind our experience.

- Thread F: Symbolic Reconstruction
- Thread F examines how our deep unconscious primarily interacts with our normal consciousness through symbols and symbolic relationships. Becoming fluid and fluent in symbolic language is a core skill of advanced weavers.
